How is delivery made?
Delivery to one address, mainland UK is included in our quoted price. Single items are sent by 1st class land mail recorded delivery to minimize the all inclusive cost to you. Multiple items are sent by overnight courier to arrive before 16:00 the next day. If any item is out of stock you will be informed promptly and given a prospective date for delivery or the opportunity to cancel your order
Can I purchase by order?
We accept purchase orders on a pro-forma basis with goods being shipped on receipt of payment. Purchase orders can also be supported by credit card or Paypal payment with goods being shipped on completion of the transaction. Purchase orders may also be accepted on an invoice basis from accredited organisations and account holders with shipment being made on receipt of order. Acceptance of any purchase order is at the sole discretion of Ballot Ltd see terms & conditions
Can I return goods if they are not suitable?
If you aren't happy with any of our products when you receive them you can return items subject to our returns policy
Is the VOX post box just for use as a comment box?
VOX post boxes are used for many different purposes. contact us to discuss usability issues
Can I buy 'off the peg' graphics for my post box?
We have a range of preprinted poster cards, box labels and reply cards which are normally kept in stock. View graphics solutions
I need to apply my own corporate colours and graphics to your products. Can I do this?
With the VOX posting boxes this depends on the size of your order. If you are ordering 50+ units we can provide boxes in RAL and PMS colours, for smaller orders this is generally uneconomic and the neutral coloured (silver grey and white) should be used in conjunction with your graphics. Bespoke graphics can be applied to all our products regardless of order size. Please contact us for further information
