Returns...
We want you to be pleased with our products. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy. We accept the return of items only if they are in their original condition. If you return goods within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Defective items...
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that are defective if they are returned in their original packaging. Please provide a full description of the fault.
Delivery charges...
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the error/defective item to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to changes in specification made by you a further postage and package charge will be made.
