Ballot Ltd - latest news

So much news we are now just doing an annual update...!

2009... so far
What recession? We have been broadening our market and bringing in our new RIPOSTE post box range. We haven't noticed any dip in interest. Internet sales are steadily growing and we have had lots of re-ordering from regular customers. Customers use our products primarily as comment boxes and suggestion boxes.

2008
Another good year for us with a 25% increase in turnover and new products in the pipeline. The company finished the year in a strong position, well capitalised and with a strong order book from new and existing clients. Our expansion was largely driven by internet sales and contacts and we are launching a new site with new products early in 2009. The developing recession has had little effect on sales as the year ends.

2007
A really strong year for us with the introduction of our standard colours. Hospitals and the NHS medical sector in particular can now buy 'NHS blue' comment and suggestion boxes. We had a few interesting clients including both Arsenal and Manchester United football clubs! Not an obvious market but they do have big supporters clubs who need feedback posting boxes. Otherwise all sectors have performed strongly with a big increase from manufacturing and chemicals industry clients . As usual councils, medical and leisure clients have been strong with lots of re-orders (very encouraging for us). Housing Associations are now regular repeat clients. We look forward to an even better '08.
