Ballot Ltd - standard terms and conditions
Delivery:
Goods ordered and paid for will be shipped by an appropriate carrier within 1 working day of receipt of payment.
Restrictions:
Ballot Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or restrict any order or application.
Delay in supply:
Ballot Ltd. can accept no liability for loss or damage arising from any delay in supplying goods.
Billing:
All charges will be paid for in advance by the customer unless expressly agreed by Ballot Ltd. A receipt for payment will be issued by Ballot Ltd to the customer within 21 days of payment for the ordered goods.

Client contact:
The client will nominate a person to be responsible for the acceptance of the ordered goods.
Currency:
All charges and payments are to be made in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise expressly agreed with Ballot Ltd.
Prices:
Ballot Ltd. reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice. Ballot Ltd. shall be entitled to charge for any additional costs caused by the buyer's failure to accept the ordered goods when they are due for delivery.
Ownership of goods:
All goods delivered by Ballot Ltd. to the buyer's premises or order shall remain the property of Ballot Ltd until full payment for said goods has been received by Ballot Ltd.
Liability:
Unless expressly stated by us goods are not sold as conforming to any British standard specification or other standard and Ballot Ltd. shall only be liable for loss or damage caused by factors reasonably within our control.
Shortages & discrepancies:
Shortages and discrepancies must be notified to Ballot Ltd. in writing within seven days of receipt of the goods.
Agreement:
This proposal, terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the client and Ballot Ltd. and will supersede all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, written or verbal, and may be amended only by Ballot Ltd. expressly in writing.
